HIKING ROSA GORGE

Our route begins
at the entrance to the gorge.

We start by hiking
the steep sides of the gorge with its characteristic pink rock. During our hike
you will be able to observe the rocks, wild animals and many different plant
species. Further into our hike we come to a spot where we will take a rest and
you can admire the breathtaking view. Our walk continues along the dirt road
towards the village of Ano Kera where we stop for a refreshing drink before
continuing on to Kato Kera passing the Kera Kardiotissa convent.

Our driver will
then take us to our last destination of the day, Krasi village, with its well
known plane tree that has an estimated age of more than two thousand years.
